Based on his merits for the development of academic and scientific mutual relations between the two universities, Prof. Dr. Peter Mark was appointed honorary professor of the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje.

His collaboration with the North Macedonian University would be "an example of how the international exchange of knowledge and experience can create lasting and fruitful partnerships". 

“With this award, we are not only recognizing your achievements, but also reaffirming our commitment to continue building bridges between universities to encourage young researchers and students to new achievements and innovations,” emphasized Rector Angelova at the award ceremony.
