The Faculty Council is the highest decision-making body of the faculty. It is responsible for all matters concerning research and teaching, as well as for passing resolutions on the regulations of the faculty. In addition, the Faculty Council deliberates on the use of its resources and on fundamental issues in research and teaching.
The Examination Board ensures that the provisions of the examination regulations are observed and ensures that examinations are conducted properly. Its tasks also include the recognition of academic achievements and the decision on appeals. In addition, it monitors the development of study programs and makes suggestions for reforms to study and examination regulations.
The Study Advisory Board advises the Faculty Council and the Faculty Management in matters of teaching and studies. Its tasks include commenting on the range of courses offered, coordinating them and drawing up study and examination regulations. It supports the faculty management in the preparation of the teaching report and the implementation of the evaluation.
The Quality Improvement Committee advises the faculty management on issues of study quality. It makes planning suggestions for the improvement of studies and teaching and advises on the appropriate use of quality improvement funds.
