The one-year term of office for the representatives of the student group for the Senate and the Faculty Councils expires on September 30, 2025. This year's elections for the Faculty Councils and the Senate will be held as online elections. The election portal will be open from June 23, 2025 from 12:00 noon (opening of the election portal) until June 25, 2025, 12:00 noon.

Eligible voters will receive the link to the election portal by email. All eligible voters can cast their vote in the election portal by entering their personal RUB login ID and password. A laptop will be available in the election office where eligible voters who do not want to or cannot vote via smartphone or tablet can cast their vote.
