On October 8, 2025, the kickoff event for the fourth round of the BreakING program took place. In a relaxed atmosphere, mentees and mentors met for the first time, offering an opportunity for exchange and getting to know one another.

The mentors — Jessica Steinjan (HOCHTIEF), Wiebke Warner (Emschergenossenschaft and Lippeverband), and Kathrin Glab (Tunnel Construction and Geotechnics, SWECO) — will be coaching the mentees in this round.
