Networking Workshop for Women in the Faculty

22.04.2026

Gleichstellung Heike Schubert Coaching 2025 - 2

On March 26, 2026, the Faculty’s Decentralized Gender Equality Office hosted the second networking workshop for women in the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Under the motto “Acting Together and Making an Impact,” female doctoral students, postdocs, research assistants, and staff members from technical and administrative departments gathered for an inspiring exchange.

Led by Heike Schubert (https://www.com-sense.eu/), who has been supporting the faculty’s “BreakING” mentoring program with her coaching sessions since its inception, the participants - who work in the fields of research, technology, and administration at the faculty - addressed key questions and challenges related to “women’s networks.” Heike Schubert guided the group through various topics and facilitated practical exercises and discussions. Initial coaching tips could be applied directly during the session. A concluding networking session rounded out the workshop program.
