Invitation: 20 years of bitumen and asphalt research

03.02.2025

Verkehrswegebau masterstudium

On March 14, 2025, the Chair of Traffic Route Engineering (LVW) invites you to the lecture event “A review of 20 years of sustainable, innovative bitumen and asphalt research at the LVW” in memory of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Interested parties can register until February 14, 2025.

In 2005, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martin Radenberg became head of the Chair of Traffic Route Construction at the Ruhr University Bochum. Regrettably, he passed away far too early on October 23, 2024. His current and former colleagues now invite you to a lecture event in his honor at the RUB Event Center. They would like to look back on various research projects that address both sustainability and innovation in road construction and show how they have influenced developments in asphalt road construction over the last two decades.

In order to facilitate the organization, a binding registration is requested by 14 February 2025 by e-mail to “verkehrswegebau@rub.de”. The number of participants is limited.
